If the resident was at your facility for 14 days, then your assessment
must be coded as an admission assessment completed with raps.

Did you do Raps because they were a New Admit, Sig Change, or Annual?
Remember that a new admit still needs RAPS doen by day 14. If RAPS are
already done follow the instructions in RAI manual, page 3-239, and
enter
same date in VB2 as in VB1.

Or
can you just code it a 14 day medicare assessment like you would the 5
