Betty, I have pages of denial paragraphs.  The proper paragraph is
inserted into the denial letter.  If you want, I can fax them to you.  I

I am having a rash of families presenting me with demand bills. Just as
I think I'm doing a good job explaining Medicare to families, it bites
me. They just don't get it. Is there anything others of you do to
improve understanding? We take up a lot of time at the inital care plan
explaining the regs, call at the cut time and then comes the pleading. "
Well they certainly can't go home"
