On the assessments that my LPN completes I do not
sign AA9(unless I completed any of the MDS or helped her with any part of
it), I only sign at R2b and raps if it was a comprehensive. AA9 is
only for the people who completed a section of the MDS. The MDS user's manual
states this on page 3-11
