I have one LPN and one RN besides myself completing the
MDS. The LPN is able to complete the assessment and do raps and initiate
care plans. She also runs the care plan meeting on her floor. I sign
off on her assessments. She is also considered to be in management.
State is NE. I also know an LPN in IA who does MDS
assessments.
