I find that the LPN who works w/ me in MDS is very good at what LPNs are trained to be
good at...she is an excellent technician, but lacks the ability to draw it all
together and see the whole picture. With the LTC residents, when there are no
changes, she does just fine. However, on SCSA assessments, I usually review, if not
actually write her RAPs. We have never been cited for her work on the MDSs and CPs.
