I would like some input as to how often your facilities review care plans.
We do a certain amount every Wed. to keep them updated on a quarterly basis,
so in a three month period all care plans are reviewed and updated. We also
add any others that need updating to the next scheduled meeting such as
sig.changes,new orders etc. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks so much.
