Should code as "discharge-return anticipated" .  Bedholds do not impact the way you code the discharge tracking forms.

A patient was admitted to the facility on 1/21 and transferred to the hospital on 2/6.She was not eligible for bed hold(not in facility 30 days).Would you code have discharge -return not anticipated?

The patient was admitted back to the facility 3/2
