This heel is mushy, red and purple. It is not open and does not blanche. If I code it as a stage I and it opens later it will look like it occurred in our facility. She was admitted with it that way. Is there any guidelines on how to code a mushy heel? I would appreciate any imput. Thank you Mary Lynn IMPORTANT NOTICE: This communication, including any attachments, may contain information that may be confidential or privileged and is intended solely for the entity or individual to whom it is addressed.
