when the MDS came about it was a scramble to put people in place to do this job, the Federal government did not mandate that the nurse need be educated in this position so mistakes are bound to happen, instead of punishment may be some education is in order here, this job is overwhelming as it is and everybody is interpreting the rules with some differences, when I make a mistake I acknowledge it and learn how to correct it and I don't beat myself up about it nor will I allow others who's understanding of this job is not perfect to do it change font please
