Thank you all for your answers and support. I return to the facility tomorrow and will be talking with administration and the corporate office. I'm still numb about the assessments being deleted and have been trying to find a legal resource for what has been done and what my options, if any, are. The assessments had not been transmitted and I suspect they were deleted when the other coordinator ran the production file and called administration. Will keep you all updated and again thanks for your support. Eileen
