Our facilities require us to perform as supervisors over the floor nurses
and aides; we also take call every 5th weekend with on call status from
monday through sunday of the week. We don't get paid extra for this; but we
do have the option of taking either friday or thursday off before the w/e
and the monday after so we don't have more than 40 hrs.
