All RN's are required to be on call. It usually is every 7 weeks. I do
not work weekends but when I am on call I am given a beeper & have to
come in if there is a call out & no coverage.

Our facility requires the MDSC and the Nursing Management Team to rotate
weekends and work as house supervisor. The department heads also rotate
as
manager on duty for just Saturday Days.
