RE: QI Reports

I have just accessed our most recent QI reports and we flagged in little or no activity( 95%)! I investigated and our new Activity Coordinator coded them all incorrectly. He did not take into account the outside of the formal activity events that the resident do. However, 92 days is 13 weeks plus one day. So, my ARD is 8 days prior to the 92nd day.
