I find this very ironic.
I must be the product of a very very poorly conducted survey last year. The above statement reminds me of how the surveyor told me I must IMMEDIATELY notify my software company that residents on psychotropics weren't being reported for the Quality Indicators.(This, because I had 0% of residents on psychotropics without psych diagnosis).
I just shook my head and walked away.
ANOTHER example of California surveyors being unaware of how to read and interpret Quality Indicators.
So, if you're really going to believe QIs are being accurately used to assist surveyors in monitoring quality, I'm here to tell you otherwise.
