I would not pull 15 months of MDS's forward. Both situations are discharges without expected returns. So if the residents return, they are considered a new admit and would start out with a new chart.
As a side note - if the resident was noncompliant with your tx plan and left AMA, why'd you guys take him back?------------------------Mike
