When I get a missing resident report I usually find that a Discharge tracking form has either not been completed or completed but not submitted.

Well, there are 25 on it. Dating back to 2001. She wants them cleared off, but HOW? The risk manager and I don't know how. We can't figure out why most of the people are on it because our records show the MDSs were submitted/accepted. Can anyone help me? Suzanne _____ Do you Yahoo!? Yahoo!
