We schedule our meeting
as the family requests, and by day 21. We are flexible with our families which
can be a real pain, but makes for better relations. If the family cannot come in
by day 21, we have the meeting, document, and then meet again with family.
For our long term
residents we are flexible, but I usually schedule the ARD on the day before the
care conference.
