We hold our care plan meetings and sign off at VB4 that date [ which is ,by
regulation, within 7 days of VB2.] The family is invited, sometimes they attend ,
sometimes they can't make it so they ask us to re-schedule. Even if we re-schedule we
finalize all the paperwork and then review the CCP another day.
