So what I am learning here, and from others, is that the VB2 and 4 is just the signing off that the careplan itself is written and in place, and not necessarily that the "review meeting" itself has actually happened?
I am having the issue of everything being done and in place , then the resident gets admitted to the hospital before the actual "review meeting", and I"m wondering can we have that "meeting" later, when they return (no sig change)?

We hold our care plan meetings and sign off at VB4 that date [ which is ,by regulation, within 7 days of VB2.] The family is invited, sometimes they attend , sometimes they can't make it so they ask us to re-schedule. Even if we re-schedule we finalize all the paperwork and then review the CCP another day.
