So, for med A it can be skilled with restorative alone as long as is 2 programs ie ot 
and pt 6 days/wk minimum 15 min each program/day...correct??
Anyone know about NJ for caid?

For a rehab low (medicare), it has to be 2 programs for 6days/week for a minumum of 15 
minutes each program/day.  In addition 45 minutes of therapy per week must be 
delivered.

For Medicaid, this would depend on your state you are in.  I believe most follow the 6 
day/wk except PA which is 5 days/wk.
