You could do an OMRA but why? The 14 day assessment pays thru do 30. Your date for the OMRA was one day before the res expired. So it would only change the rug category for the day the res expired and Medicare doesn't pay for day of discharge. I think I'm on the right line of thought. Anyone else ?
