Please give me your source of documentation that you cannot modify an ARD.
We have modified the ARD and transmitted with no rejection. If you were not allowed to modify the ARD a modification would reject....just as it rejects when you try to send a modification for the reason for assessment.
What you need to make sure of is the ARD was a data entry error....I have found nothing which states you cannot modify an ARD if it is a data entry error. However, the manual plainly states to inactivate it must be an invalid assessment. A data entry error on the ARD does not constitute an invalid assessment.
You do need good documentation showing the actual ARD date.

Had a similar situation recently. The ARD cannot be modified. You need
to inactivate, recreate the assessment with the new ARD and data. Then
submit it. It worked when I did it on a recent assessment.

Was the assessment done based on day 10 information? If so, just do a
modification, use "data entry error" as the reason and fix the ARD.

I made a mistake and transmitted OMRA with the ARD on day 11 instead
of day 10. Can I inactivate assessment and transmit it again with the
right ARD or we have to take a default payment?
Thanks Lana Vinnik RN, RAC-C
