Hi Dave: I have been on Gleevec for 4 years. I was reading messages over the years that folks were taking something for anxiety/depression. I didn't think things were bothering me, but they were. I was sleeping poorly for 6 years (Interferon/Gleevec). About 6 months ago my Doc. reacted to my comments and overall feeling. He put me on a minimum dose of Paxil. The first week was weird with some side-effects, but after that, I started to sleep better (more seratonin) and the anxiety went away. Maybe it's worth mentioning to your Doc. Dave
