She suffered with ever increasing cramps which got so bad her Onc stopped the Gleevec. Restarted at 200 mg/day. She's been in remission with only few intermittent cramps ever since. Doseage is determined by patient reaction and side effects. Takes careful monitoiring and an Oncologist who listens to his patient.
