SKI-606 in the lab shows some activity against T315I, trials have just started at MDACC. These are Phase I trials. Also, Ceflatonin (more commonly known as Homoharringtonine) trials for T315I patients to start soon in the latter part of the year. If you go to http://www.cmlhope.com and click on Clinical Trials and search for SKI-606, you will get the trial information. SKI-606 is a BCR-ABL/SRC dual inhibitor like Dasatinib but has better activity in the lab against T315I.
Other T315I drugs are in preclinical studies in the lab.
