Patrick: Not a stupid question at all.......but, yes, I should have said that I take the two halve at different times....much easier on my stomach that way. If I take the whole 400 mgs. at one time, I am throwing it all up within 45 minutes or I am awfully queazy.......when I started getting it in the caplet form....Novartis had sent me something by mail stating that this new form was made to break in two if needed & it works great for me doing it this way.
