Greenie: I did ask someone about having lasting effects from getting over heated or heat exhaustion and I was told you can for a long time afterwards........so, most likely that is what started the problems you are now having.
Yes, boy......do I know how hot it gets here in mid-Missouri along with the high humidity......it was a hundred degrees today on my front porch thermometer. And, dumb me, I went out about 3:30 and mowed my whole front yard (smile). Wasn't too bad.......have lots of big oak trees in our yard, so is pretty shaded.....but up the drive way isn't......I was drenched in sweat by the time I finished (hour & half later). Got the rest to do probably tomorrow....but at least we are suppose to be back down in the high eighties, hopefully, by then. Well, everyone take it easy this hot time of the year.......stay out of the heat and drink lots of water if you have to be out there.
