Hi Kelly, I took my first dose at 5:00 p.m. last night and one this morning with something to eat at 9:00 a.m.. Boy, you can sure tell that you took something, 200 mg let's you know your on something. He wants me to check back with him in 2 weeks to let him know how the drug is working. Made be he will lower the dose if I'm feeling better. Anything is better then the way I've been doing the last couple weeks. Get rid of this problem once and for all. It would be better for me to take the 200 mg in the morning and the Gleevec at dinner time. I'll take to him about it. Time will tell, thanks for in info. Greenie
