Hi Greenie:

You would never be a pest, so banish the thought! The doc is right, it
takes a few days for your body to adjust to the medication. I've been
taking it so long, I don't feel any difference whatsoever unless I
stop taking it - then the anxiety and depression creeps up. And, you
are right, everyone will respond differently. Wellbutrin has also been
used to help people quit smoking (a side effect they found by accident
and then created a "new" drug touted to help with smoking cessation
only it just cost more). So, it should increase your overall feeling
of wellbeing. When I took Prozac years ago, everytime I tried to come
off of it I would get this vertigo when I turned my head and an almost
"electric" zap inside my head - that was discomforting to say the
least. The Wellbutrin does not do that. The SSRIs also made me really
tired. Wellbutrin is supposed to help increase your energy. Give it a
chance, don't fret the dizzies too much - I am confident that will go
away. I think you will find that you fwill feel better than you have
in a long time. Depression is sneaky and it robs you of your life. I
didn't even have symptoms of depression as far as I was concerned,
but, in reality, I did. Insomnia, irritability, inability to
concentrate, loss of interest in outside activities, panic attacks,
etc. You don't have to be a ball of blubbering tears in order to be
clinically depressed.

Take care and let me know how you are doing!
