hi all, i have had cml for about 3.5 years, and was originally on gleevec, but transferred to tasigna about a year ago due to fatigue issues with gleevec. i obtained ccr in the first year and since then my pcr has been stable, between a 2 and 3 log reduction. in the my previous quarterly visit my pcr had dropped to 3 log reduction for the first time (good news). but at my most recent visit it is back up to around the level it has been around for the past 2 years (bad news). my dr and i are concerned to see such an increase and i have a follow-up pcr in 5 weeks to see if it is still rising.
