HI people when I was diagonised 11 yrs ago I stayed in a recliner for 3 weeks with 5 blankets on I fugured it was the medecine now this past 3 weeks I've been so cold my fingers hardly work and I stayin the recliner with an electric blanket on 6. Hate the cold but will hate the HOT more. JUDY in Mich

I would also get them but I wasn't on any of the drugs just a bone marrow transplant. Even today I still get the chills and I live in South Florida. You also mention about the heart pounding in your chest. I also have this and I found out that it is called PVC, and by me cutting back on anything containing Caffeine really helps me. If you drink coffee of any sodas with Caffeine in them then just stop drinking them. Also if you like chocolate then you need to cut back on it as well.
