Hi Jeanie, Well at lease those chills aren'r bothering you now. As far as the skipped beat I still think it is those PVC Premature Ventricular Contractions. Maybe you might want to try something and see what happens. Remember that PVC's are usually benign so it wouldn't hurt you to try drinking about two or even three cups of coffee (caffinated) and then see if those missed heart beats come on after about fifteen or twenty minutes. If they do then that is probably your problem. Sometimes if it is not happening when you get the EKG then of course it won't show up.
If not then go see a Cardiologist and let him/her check you out, but I still think it is those PVC's. This also happens to me as well and sometimes I just can't sleep because of it.
