Hi Jeanie,

Sometimes what you eat or drink in the morning or during the day may be with
you at night. If I eat Italion food for lunch and when I go to sleep at
night I get the most terrible heart burn you can imagine.

I would be interested to hear what happened to you when you don't use
anything that contains any Caffiene for a few days. Let me know.
