Hi Jeanie, Sometimes what you eat or drink in the morning or during the day may be with you at night. If I eat Italion food for lunch and when I go to sleep at night I get the most terrible heart burn you can imagine.
I would be interested to hear what happened to you when you don't use anything that contains any Caffiene for a few days. Let me know. *18's* Marty On Tue, Apr 5, 2011 at 4:16 PM, <[email protected]> wrote: > Hi Marty and will do; it's funny they bother me the most at night when I > haven't eaten or drunk anything. > I make it a habit not to ear or drink anything a couple of hours before > bedtime. > Thanks > Jeanie<3 > > In a message dated 3/31/2011 4:36:07 P.M.
