I am not a physician but I guess there are various degrees of eye bleeds. The Whites of my eyes were completely beet red when I experienced this problem. I was the first my hematologist had seen with this problem, in person. I would call my hematologist if i were you.

Every once in awhile I wake up with my right or left eye in the corner all blood shot. It looks terrible and like I've been in a fight. It does not hurt or itch and usually goes away in a few days.
