Hi Suzieq, Yes, we did get some rain from Debbie put south and north of us received a bunch. Grace and I went to the ocean and watched the waves. They were high and their was some flooding in the streets, We live less then 5 min. from the Gulf, went their this morning and did a little fishing and the water was calm. It took me 6 & 1/2 years on the Gleevec to finially start stringing the "0" 's together. I will tell you this, too, while on the subject of taking a Gleevec Vacation and what my doctor said. She said out of all the studies that are being done where people go off the Gleevec via their doctor's permission, half of the study group has the CML returning within a year's time. I do not want to take that chance of being one of those people. @greenie: I guess you see where we are under the extreme heat here in Missouri. It was 106 when I came home about an hour ago. For the next ten days, triple digits or high 90's with absolutely no rain in sight. Everything is drying up around here except what we water. I've lived here since '89, I've never seen it this hot or this dry for such long periods of time. And, hardly ever in June. We've had 3 rain showers for the months of May & June.
