Hi Rien In my 11 years on tki's nothing surprises me anymore!!! I recently suffered from terrible jaw and ear pain. It finally went away but my blood counts went way up. Have you bruise your mouth? Has this been going on for a long time? Sometimes a wait and see might work. Keep a close check on you CBC And CPN. Good luck Jeanie
