I was told to put a bar at the foot of the bed where it radiated around my feet all night. The one I really like is from a cotton picking family. Dampen a washcloth with apple cider vinegar and dampen the spot where the cramp is and in about 5 minutes the cramp disappears. DO NOT RUB IT IN JUST DAMPEN THE AREA. YOU CAN ACTUALLY RUB THE SKIN OFF WHEN YOU SCRUB. I was hurting bad and was rubbing for relief with the cloth and actually removed a layer and stopped when it started to sting. After 14 1/2 years and taking 300mg Gleevec I still occasionally have them.
