Does anyone receive erythropoietin injections such as Procrit to combat decreasing red cells? If so, any side effects and how often do you need the injections?
My red cells keep bottoming out and erythropoietin has been recommended with caution. I have some concerns about the risks, although I feel confident in my doctor and the outcome.
