Yes, I do take the shot.  I was taking a shot every week but now since 
having decreased Gleevecto 200mg per week just went from taking a shot from 
5/23 to 9/5/17.  I do get a CBC every two weeks and wait for the results to 
see if it it is necessary.  Sure beats having to get a transfusion every 3 
weeks.  I do take the shot in my stomach as if I were a diabetic. 
 Considering all the other stuff we have to do itis just another something 
that takes too much time to test and a heartbeat to complete if we need it. 
 I have been fighting this for 17 1/2 years.  

Just keep on trucking....
