Dear professional I'm currently writing a thesis on the cost efficiency of CMS. I wonder if any of you heard or read about measures/tests to determine whether content is up to date, of good quality, effective and/or accurate. I'm specifically looking for scientific articles in which an attempt has been made to measure any of the above.
