Normal implementation time for our product in a mid-sized environment is between 30 and 60 days. Of course this timeframe begins once resources are assigned.

I'm quite new to this industry and I wondered how long it would take to execute an implementation of a medium-sized CMS system (I know this is vague). Is there by any chance somebody who can give a general estimate?
