to intranet projects (although it probably applies
to most projects):

Note that this only briefly mentions "purchase & implement a
CMS", and instead spends a lot of time on the supporting
activities. This is because I see these other People, Process
& Content activities as being the most critical for project
success (and the most often overlooked).
