Have followed XP principles on large projects (CMS-related and others) as well as on projects with a handful of developers and QA and each time it has proven much better results over RUP. Principles like small iterative releases, programmer/qa pairing and unit testing deliver results in my experience. The only "rule" (http://www.extremeprogramming.org/rules.html) I've never been able to work with is the "no overtime" rule ;) Iva Koberg www.livestoryboard.com -- http://cms-list.org/ trim your replies for good karma.
