Joel,
Not sure which organizer you have. On some organizers the fastener is the
axle. On others, the fastener goes through a bushing that is attached to the
bottom plate of the organizer. The sheave rides on the bushing. Best thing is
to remove all the fasteners and the top plate and look at the way it's made.
Then you can free the sheave and lubricate it.
