I wonder if the halyard is still a little pregnant there from the splice -
maybe caused the jam.
They make borescopes pretty affordable now, only a half inch diameter, and
pretty long and they plug right into your phone-=we used one to look for my
sunglasses at the bottom of the slip, I was pretty impressed at how far
they have come for the money.
