I expect their policy is solely around the hassles and cost imposed. They probably ought to explain their rationale better. I expect also that like any respectful visitor (now or before) you’d be welcomed and treated well when you visit, by Genco and others. Tons of great restaurants to enjoy in Toronto, and the dollar remains favourable for you. Dave

It is getting near end-of-life and a few years ago they quoted me a reasonable price to make a new one. I called them recently and they said they no longer will deal with American customers :( Does anyone know if they flat out don’t like us (for reasons……..) or just don’t want to hassle with shipping and tariffs?
