I've been trying the glMultiDrawElements test posted on that thread [1]
Without vl.delete it runs fine, i can see 3 solid color triangles
covering the whole layer.
With vl.delete() it crashes on a ctypes error:

I'm running it on a linux box with an nvidia geforce 8600M GS, nvidia
driver 190.42-1 and pyglet 1.1.3-1
