Also u-buntu and Andrid images are running from the SD card. Problem is only
when i copy the MLO, u-boot and final.elf from codezero-toolkit. Also i am usin
gthe pandaboard config file to compile codezeo hypervisor.

Hi Kaushik,
If you are not seeing any output on UART, not even from x-loader or
uboot, then either your UART cable is broken or the mmc card prepared is
not good.
Google for the "MMC formatting" instructions for beagle board, same are
applicable for PB.
