this is possible. there is software that allows you to change all icons on
win98.  just can't remember the name anymore. it wasn't too much fun
afterall. then there are these iconsets that change all icons on
win98. there was one pretty nice BeOS/Mac mixed thing. it even changed
some of the system fonts that cannot be changed by themes or hmm.. work,
memory, work... hmmm... anyway, right click on desktop and properties
etc.. from there. :)
