Sorry about that, it seems I was mistaken on that one and as you pointed out
the `safe.directory` setting is not global and is not maintained between the
different steps.
I think is worth the change to `actions/checkout@v3` to use the latest one
but ignore the `safe.directory` thing. Thanks for checking :)
